Tbh, had a really great stay on a two day visit. Also, location was stunning, relatively close to a plain - looking park. The hotel was close to a museum and a theater.
The hotel staff was very rude.

The staff are very good and polite, everyone. The rooms are spacious and bright with exceptionally comfortable beds. A fridge and a microwave are a nice touch. When I am in Chicago, I like staying here.

Magnificent views. Stunning location near downtown Chicago, North Michigan Avenue, stores, restaurants, and public transportation. - Huge and fantastic room with particularly good bathroom. - Exceptionally comfortable bed. - Early check-in. My stay at Comfort Suites Michigan Avenue in Chicago was delightful. the breakfast was satisfactory, the views were magnificent, and the location was stunning - just a stone's throw away from downtown Chicago, North Michigan Avenue, stores, restaurants. the room was huge and fantastic, with a particularly good bathroom. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the option for early check-in.
